Real Estate Agent/Broker

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding the client's criteria, and finding homes that fit that criteria. We are looking for people with strong written and verbal communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit that will drive their success.

Responsibilities

  • Advertise and market homes

  • Finding and reach out to new prospects

  • Meet with potential clients that desire to buy or sell their homes

  • Assess property values through market analysis

  • Negotiate the best contracts for clients

  • Effective and frequent communication on a daily basis

  • A willingness to learn current market conditions and trends

  • Provide staging tips

  • Show prospective homes to clients

Requirements

  • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Currently holds, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license

  • No real estate experience required, but welcomed

  • Proactive in pursuing opportunities for clients

  • A desire to continuously learn and improve their knowledge of the industry

  • Remarkable time management and organizational skills

  • Enjoys working independently as well as with a team
